Refund Policy

At TrueNorLearn, we are committed to providing high-quality AI education and training programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency:

If you need to cancel your registration for a course, workshop, or training program, the following terms apply:

• Cancellation with 14+ days notice: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee
• Cancellation with 7-13 days notice: 80% refund of program fees
• Cancellation with 3-6 days notice: 50% refund of program fees
• Cancellation with less than 3 days notice: 25% refund of program fees
• No-shows or cancellations after program start: No refund will be provided

For ongoing programs and subscriptions:

• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but we do not prorate refunds for the current billing period
• Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days, minus a 10% administrative fee
• One-on-one consultation sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling without penalty

Special considerations for our students:

• For self-paced online courses, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee with full refund if you're not satisfied with the course content
• In cases of unexpected serious illness or emergency (with documentation), we offer the option to transfer to a future program or receive course credit
• We provide the option to transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before the program start
